综合ERG激励理论、西方经济学理论、东方道学文化,提出人力资本运作的激励组合模型,并详尽阐述了如何以人为本,实现公司和员工的价值最大化,提高入世后我国企业的核心竞争力。
It is a common phenomenon that employees are inefficent and have little enthusiasm to their works,Integrating the ERG incentive theory,western economics and ancient oriental philosophy,this paper specified how to develop enterprise based on human resource,how to realize the maximum utility of organization and employees,and how to improve the native core competence after entering WTO.
