摘要
当全球化的“临时雇佣”制成为主流,长期以来被忽视的“临时性一线员工”的影响力凸现。结合实地调研资料,以“临时性一线员工”这一独特的人力资源主体为视角,分析其特点,提出激励忠诚度不高的“临时性一线员工”的对策及建议。
With the tendency of global “temporary employ”,the force of temporary employees at basic level,which had long been neglected,has already been noticed.This paper tries to analyze the characteristics of those temporary employees and put forward solutions as well as suggestions that can be used to motivate those temporary employees with low loyalty.On-the-spot investigative materials will be provided and the discussion will be from a viewpoint focusing on temporary employees at basic who are a unique part human resources.
