摘要
目的检测碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor ,bFGF)和E2 6转录因子 (E2 6transformation specific 1 ,Ets 1 )在原发性卵巢癌中的表达 ,为评估卵巢癌的生物学行为提供新的依据。方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法检测 32例原发性卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达。结果 (1 )卵巢癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达明显高于癌旁组织 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;(2 )bFGF和Ets 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的FIGO分期和组织学分级密切相关 ;(3)有淋巴结转移患者的bFGF和Ets 1表达高于无淋巴结转移患者 (P <0 0 0 5和P <0 0 1 ) ;(4 )癌组织中bFGF和Ets 1的表达密切相关 ,相关系数rs0 785 (P <0 0 1 )。结论bFGF和Ets 1的表达与原发性卵巢癌的生物学行为 (发展和转移等 )有关。
Objective To detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and E26 transformation specific 1(Ets 1) in primary ovarian carcinoma to provide new evidence for understanding the biological behavior of primary ovarian carcinoma. Methods SP immunohistochemically method was used to detect the expression of bFGF and Ets 1 in primary ovarian carcinoma.Results (1)Primary ovarian carcinoma had a higher expression of bFGF and Ets 1 than those neighbouring ovarian tissue ( P <0.001). (2)Both bFGF and Ets 1 well correlated with the FIGO stage and grade of primary ovarian carcinoma. (3)The cases with metastases of omental lymph nodes had higher expression of bFGF and Ets-1 than those without metastases. (4) The correlation analysis showed that a positive correlation between bFGF and Ets 1. Conclusion The expression of bFGF and Ets 1 primary ovarian carcinoma was involved in the bilological behavior.
