双切口双钢板治疗骨折-脱位型胫骨内髁骨折

The fracture dislocation medial condylar fracture of tibia fixed with two plates through two incisions

目的回顾性分析双切口双钢板治疗骨折-脱位型胫骨内髁骨折。方法骨折-脱位型胫骨内髁骨折19例(AO分类:41-B3.2),男10例,女9例,平均年龄36.0岁,平均随访11.2个月。用Rasmussen评分法评价治疗效果。结果19例患者下肢力线全部矫正,其中优良16例,占84.2%,一般3例,占16.8%,不伴早晚期并发症。结论用双切口双钢板治疗骨折-脱位型胫骨内髁骨折是一种可靠的手术方法,疗效佳,并发症少。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the patients of the fracture dislocation medial condylar fracture of tibia fixed with two plates through two incisions. Methods Nineteen patients, 10 males and 9 females, were available for follow up evaluation. The mean follow up duration was 11.2 months. Their average age was 36.0 years old. The results after operation were evaluated by the Rasmussens criteria. Results The alignment of the whole abnormal low extremity was restored, with 16 being excellent and good and 3 fair. No early and terminal complications were found. Conclusion It is a useful technique to treat fracture dislocation medial condylar fracture of tibia with tow plates through two incisions, for it can achieve good results and result in few complications.
