Clavicle fractures treated with shape memory alloy encircling bone bonding plate

目的探讨形状记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗锁骨骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法采用西脉记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗锁骨骨折54例。结果54例病人全部获得随访,优良率96.3%。结论形状记忆合金环抱接骨板治疗锁骨骨折是一种方便有效的方法,具有手术操作简便、内固定确实等优点,但应加强术后管理。

Objective To discuss the operative procedures and results of treatment of clavicle fractures with shape memory alloy encircling bone bonding plate. Methods 54 cases of clavicle fractures were treated with Seemine shape memory alloy encircling bone bonding plate. Results All the 54 cases were followed up. The excellent and good results were obtained in 96.3%of all the patients. Conclusion The shape memory alloy encircling bone bonding plate is effective for the treatment of the fracture of clavicle, because of its advantages of simple procedure, less operative trauma and strong fixation, but this technique needs good management after operation.
