正颌外科技术联合应用Medpor矫正面中部塌陷

Correction of midface collapse deficiency with biomaterial medpor in orthognathic surgery

目的:研究Medpor在正颌外科中的应用。方法:对部分面中部塌陷的患者采用Medpor生物材料在梨状孔周围作衬垫,辅助正颌外科手术。结果:手术顺利,畸形纠正明显,均获得满意效果;外形恢复好,无感染等并发症。结论:Medpor生物材料可塑性强,选择适应证应用于正颌外科矫正面中部塌陷,具有创伤小、手术时间短、出血少的特点。

Objective To observe reconstruction results of the biomaterial Medpor in orthognathic surgery. Methods Eleven patients with collapsed midface were included in this study.A modification method was used to reconstruct the collapsed nasal-maxillae area.Medpor biomaterial were implanted to simplify maxillae advancement surgery. Results The operations were smooth,no infection occurred.All the patients obtained satisfactory facial contour. Conclusion Medpor is an excellent biomaterial,and its implanting is an effective and simple method to assist orthognathic surgery in reconstruction of nasal-maxillae area.
