The paper describes the keypoints in current worldwide researchs on flow measurement technology, including the application technology of flow measuring instruments, calibration techniques and devices, the quality assurance architecture of testing, novel flow measuring instruments and the development of the standard protocals. An anticipation on all the aspects above is also given.
