摘要
目前,德国食品企业面临着激烈的竞争,不仅国内企业彼此间竞争激烈,而且与国外公司也存在着激烈竞争.多年以来,德国食品企业的国内市场一直趋于饱和,再加上德国人口数量预计将不断下降,造成食物消耗量的减少.与此同时,食品在消费者总开支中所占比例正日益减少.这个比率现在已降到15%左右,是除了荷兰之外,相对与欧盟其他各国最低的比率.
At present, food enterprises of Germany are facing keen competition among domestic companies, as well as with overseas enterprises. In past many years, the German domestic food markets had been tending towards the saturation all the time. In addition, number of population will be expected to drop constantly, which will cause food reduction of consumption. Meanwhile, proportion of food consumption was reducing day by day among consumer total expenses. This rate has been already dropped to 15%, the lowest one compared with other countries of European Union except Holland.
