摘要
在我国,由于食品安全意识和检测技术的落后,大肠菌群一直作为监控食品卫生状况的主要指示菌.早在19世纪70年代,人们开始采用大肠菌群作为评价食品是否受到粪便污染的指示菌.当时由于缺乏直接的大肠菌群检测技术,McCrady于1915首次运用MPN(mostprobable number)的方法对大肠菌群的数量进行估算.3M PetrifilmTM快速检验测试片的诞生实现了真正意义上的大肠菌群直接计数,并已成为我国最普遍采用的快速微生物检测技术.
