A Real-Time Measuring System of the Cement Particle Gradation with the Method of Laser Diffraction

介绍一种采用激光衍射法进行水泥颗粒级配实时测量的系统。该系统适于粒度分布在几微米至几百微米的颗粒群,重复性好,分辨率高,可用于粉体粒度分析、工业在线监测及生产控制等方面。

A praetical system is introduced in this paper,which can timely measure the cement particle gradation by means of laser diffraction in high speed,and can be suit for any particle group whose particle size from some micrometre to hundreds micrometre.It has good repetit- iveness and high resolution and can be used for powder granularity analyzing,industry on- li monitoring or production controlling,etc.
