摘要
工业辛醇的主要生产方法有丙烯羰基合成法和乙醛醇醛缩合法,以羰基合成法为主。国内辛醇的生产厂家共有十余家,其中大型企业四家,已全部实现了羰基合成法生产。羰基合成法中,辛烯醛加氢过程十分重要。用于醛加氢的催化剂可归为四类,即铜铬催化剂、铜锌催化剂、镍催化剂和贵金属催化剂,各有其优缺点。液相加氢的反应温度低,因此以加氢活性温度低的镍系催化剂为主;气相加氢则以铜系催化剂为主。国外在醛加氢制醇领域的研究起步较早,国内在此方面的研究还不太多。目前,国内丁辛醇装置上所使用的醛加氢催化剂主要还是依靠进口。加快醛加氢制醇催化剂的开发,将会大大推进制醇工业的发展。
2-ethylhexanol, as an important chemical product,is synthesized by propylene carbonylation or alcohol-aldehyde condensation. Propylene carbonylation, as the predominating route, includes reaction of acryl and synthesis gas via oxo-synthesis to butylaldehyde,condensation and dehydration of butylaldehyde to 2-ethylhexenal, and hydrogenation of 2-ethylhexenal to 2-ethylhexanol. Four types of 2-ethylhexenal hydrogenation catalysts are used, i. e., Cu-Cr, Cu-Zn, nickel and noble-metal catalytic systems.Up to date, 2-ethylhexenal hydrogenation catalysts used in in China are mainly imported. Therefore, development of 2-ethylhexenal hydrogenation catalysts is the a challenge facing domestic researchers.
