羚蝎胶囊对大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注模型脑组织ATP酶的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 了解羚蝎胶囊对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织能量代谢的影响。方法 将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组 3组 ,用MCAO法复制大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注模型 ,观察各组大鼠神经功能缺损积分和脑组织ATP酶的变化。结果 治疗组再灌注后 3h神经功能缺损积分显著低于模型组 ,治疗组Na+ -K+ -ATPcase、Ca2 + -ATPcase、Mg2 + -ATPcase活性均较模型组高(P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 羚蝎胶囊能提高大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注模型脑组织ATP酶的活性。 Objective To investigate the effects of Antelope Horn and Scorpion Capsule(AHSC) on energy metabolism in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) injury.Methods Rats were randomly divided into three groups, the mimic operation group, the control group and the treatment group. Rat model of cerebral I/R injury was established by the middle cerebral artery occlusion. The nerve function deficit score and the ATPcase activity in brain were observed in cerebral I/R modle rats.Results Significant difference was found between the control group and the treatment group in nerve function deficit score three hours after operation (P<0.05) and the activity of Na +-K +-ATPcase, Ca 2+ -ATPcase, Mg 2+ -ATPcase was upper in treatment group than control group (respectively P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion AHSC might play an important role in regulating the cerebral ATPase activity in rats with focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
