摘要
利用高速摄影技术,对在焊接区域表面内涂敷不同的单组分活性焊剂的A-TIG焊电弧形态进行记录、分析和数据处理。分析了A-TIG焊熔深增加的机理。分析表明,A-TIG电弧收缩,进而电弧力增加是其熔深增加的主要原因,而单组分活性焊剂中阳离子的电离能对A-TIG电弧是否收缩以及收缩的程度有着直接的关系。
With technologies of high-speed photograph and singleton shot,the arc shapes of TIG and A-TIG are recorded and analyzed.Each speciy of the active fluxes used in A-TIG is only one major component.It also analyzes the mechanism of A-TIG penetrations increasing.The analysis result indicates that the increase of A-TIG penetration is resulted from the arc contracting and arc force increasing,furthermore,whether the A-TIG arc contracts or not and the contracts degree have a close relationship with the ionization energies of the kation in active flux.
