摘要
针对薄壁集箱和管道δ=7~14mm对接时常采用的V型坡口易出现装配错边、封底焊裂纹以及内凹等现象,提出了一种改进型坡口,分析比较了两种坡口在氩弧焊封底时的应力状态、熔池形状以及气保护效果。试验结果表明:改进型坡口优于V型坡口,利于保证和提高焊缝质量。
Aiming at the cases in which the inaccuracy of sides after assembling,the crack after based welding occurred frequently by adopting V type groove welding thin wall headers connected with the pipes(δ=7~14 mm),this article points out a kind of improved groove and compare with the stress state and the shape of molten pool and effect of gas-shield when two kinds of joints were sealing respectively by backing based welding of argon arc welding.The results of experiment also show the improved groove is better than V type groove and can assure the quality of welding.
