电压极性对表面磷化构件三相次级整流凸焊过程的影响

摘要 分析了三相次级整流凸焊表面磷化构件时,产生电极表面不均匀粘污,从而引起电流场发生畸变的原因。研究结果表明,电压极性与接触电势极性相同,是造成电流场畸变及焊件大批量报废的主要原因。 It is analyzed that electrode surface sticks dirty spot unevenly and electric field varies irregularly during welding the phosphorized weldment by 3-phase DC projection welder secondary rectification.The research results show that the main reason causing the physical phenomena described above and unqualified joints is that the polarity of the welding voltage is the same as the polarity of contact potential between the electrode and the phosphorized weldment.
