建设项目的投资控制对工程项目建设的各个阶段的作用不尽相同 ,特别是决策与设计阶段对投资的影响很大 ,而这两个阶段又容易被人们忽视。就建设项目的各阶段投资控制的作用、要点和难点作了简单的论述。
The impact of investment control on construction projects varies at different stage. The two stages of policy decision and design are especially important but easily ignored. A brief introduction is given to the main issues and difficulties of investment control at each stage of construction projects.
