摘要
目的 :了解三组中 (藏 )药合剂保护缺氧损伤对血浆、心脏和脑组织中细胞信号转导信使物质环 -磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环 -磷酸鸟苷 (cGMP)含量的影响。方法 :采用低压舱减压造成SD大鼠缺氧并分成常氧组、低氧组、三组中(藏 )药合剂组 (分别为 1号药组、2号药组 ,3号药组 )。药物于低氧实验前 48小时、2 4小时、1小时i .p .给予 ( 1ml/2 0 0 gwt)。检测低氧暴露 6h后血浆、心脏、脑组织中cAMP、cGMP含量。 结果 :各组之间血浆及心、脑组织的cAMP、cGMP含量及cAMP/cGMP比值均无显著性改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :本实验条件下 ,缺氧及使用药物不会明显改变大鼠心、脑组织及血液cAMP、cGMP含量及cAMP/cGMP比值。结合文献报道 ,我们认为 :cAMP、cGMP不宜作为组织缺血缺氧损伤及恢复的指标。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the protective effects of three kinds of Chinese (Tibet) traditional medicine mixture against hypoxia and contents of cAMP and cGMP in plasma, heart and brain tissue.Methods:With hypobaric hypoxic treatment, the contents of cAMP and cGMP in plasma, heart and brain tissue were determined by RIA method. Results:Compared with those of control group, the values of cAMP, cGMP and ratio of cAMP/cGMP in plasma, heart or brain tissue changed significantly neither in hypoxic group nor in groups of pretreatments of three mixtures. Conclusions:On the basis of our experiments, and with review of literatures, we consider that cAMP and cGMP could not serve as clinical indices to reflect the hypoxic/ischemic tissue injury and recovery.
