彩色多普勒血流显像在经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的价值

Value of CDFI in Transvaginoultrasonographic Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)在经阴道超声中诊断异位妊娠的价值。方法 回顾性分析我院收治术前行阴道超声检查并经手术、病理证实的异位妊娠 6 5例。结果 6 5例中 4 0例在附件区包块内探及彩色血流信号 ,2 5例包块内及周边均可见彩色血流信号 ,其中 6例胚囊内探及心搏血流信号。结论 在临床症状与体征不典型时 ,应用 CDFI阴道超声 ,可发现较早期未破裂的小异位妊娠包块。

Objective To evaluate the value of CDFI in transvaginosonographic diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Sixty five cases who were analyzed retrospectively were checked on CDFI in transvaginosonography and the diagnosis was proved by operations and pathology.Results Color Doppler signals of blood flow could be detected in 40 cases within the lumps outside the uterus.Blood flow was found within the lumps and.their rims in 25 cases.Six cases had blood flow signals in cardiac cavity winthin the embryonic sac.Conclusions Atypical and early stage before rupture of small ectopic pregnancy can be revealed on CDFI in transvaginosonography which is worthy of clinical application.
