摘要
从业务流程重组和人力资源管理的角度出发 ,本文认为临时馆员制度对于图书馆管理变革具有十分重要的作用。
Based on the study of Business Process Reengineering and Human Resource Management, this paper considers that temporary librarian institution is very important for the transformation of library management.
