彩色多普勒超声对肝移植术后门静脉并发症的诊断价值

Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of portal vein complication of orthotopic liver transplantation

目的 探讨灰阶及彩色多普勒超声在肝移植术后门静脉并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾分析 110例原位肝移植术后门静脉并发症的发生情况及彩色多普勒超声检查结果。结果 110例患者肝移植术后 ,超声正确诊断门静脉栓塞 5例 ,均为门静脉再栓塞。结论 彩色多普勒超声在肝移植术后门静脉并发症的诊断中具有重要的价值 ,门静脉栓塞的发生原因及预后有待于进一步探讨。

Objective To evaluate color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of portal vein complication of orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods The results of ultrasounic diagnosis portal vein complication of 110 cases with orthotopic liver transplantation were analyzed. Results Five cases portal vein thrombosis were correctly diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,all were rethrombosis. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is important and valuable for diagnosing portal vein complication of liver transplantation. The cause and prediction of thrombosis require further study.
