摘要 一、前言 无菌加工及包装技术应用于液体食品如牛乳,果汁和饮料等食品已有数十年历史,多年来由于科技和工艺技术之进步,无菌加工和包装设备的演进已使包装材料多样化,制程管制更严谨,而使得产品之卫生安全性大为提升. It has a history of dozens of years for the application of the aseptic processing and packaging technology to liquid food, such as milk, fruit juice and drinks etc. For years, because of the progress of science and technology and process technology, the evolution of the aseptic processing and packaging equipment has made the packaging materials liversified, the process control even stricter, hence made great improvement of the product sanitation and safty.
