影响学员选择军校的社会心理因素分析

Analysis of social and psychological factors influencing cadets’ choice for military university

目的 :探讨影响学员选择军校的社会心理因素 .方法 :以自编的《影响选择军校因素调查表》为工具 ,对 3所军校的 32 9名大一新生进行调查 ,了解影响他们选择军校的主要因素及其影响程度 .结果 :①不同专业学员的家庭背景具有显著差异 ;②因素分析结果显示影响学员选择军校的因素包括家庭背景、个性心理、社会舆论以及学校特点 ;③不同专业学员在家庭影响和学校特点这两个因素上的得分具有显著差异 .结论

AIM: To explore the main factors which have an effect on cadets in their choice for military universities. METHODS: A retrospective investigation with self designed questionnaires of factors influencing high school graduates in their choice for military universities was conducted in 329 first year cadets in 3 military universities and factor analysis was made. RESULTS: ①Significant difference was found in the factor of family background between the cadets of different majors. ② The main influencing factors were family influence, individual psychological quality, public opinion and the characteristics of the university, such as the prestige, location and majors offered. ③Significant difference in the factor scores of family influence and characteristics of university was found between cadets of different majors. CONCLUSION: High school graduates are influenced by multiple social and psychological factors in their choice for military universities.
