摘要
目的 :建立荧光法测定氟康唑滴眼液的含量 .方法 :2 6 1nm为激发波长 ,2 84nm为发射波长 ,狭缝 5nm ;光电倍增管增益 :正常 ;时间扫描速度 1 0nm/min .结果 :氟康唑在 0 .0 0 2~ 0 .0 2 6g/L范围内线性关系良好 .回归方程Y =1 .5 3+2 .6 6X ,r=0 .9998.3种浓度的平均回收率 (n =9)分别为 99.4 % ,1 0 0 .6 % ,1 0 0 .8% ;相对标准偏差 (RSD)分别为 0 .38% ,0 .6 3%和 0 .5 6 % .结论 :本法专属性强 ,结果准确 .
AIM: To determine Fluconazol Eye Drops by fluorospectrophotometry. METHODS: The excitation wavelength was 261 nm, emission wavelength 284 nm and bandpass 5 nm. The PM gain was normal and time scanning speed was 10 nm/min. RESULTS: The Fluconazol was linear in the range of 0.002-0.026 g/L for Fluconazol ( r = 0.9998). The recovery rate for the three concentration were 99.4%, 100.6% and 100.8% respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) of the method were 0.38%, 0.63% and 0.56% , respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is easy, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fluconazol Eye Drops.
