摘要
通过对油样的理化分析、光谱分析和铁谱分析 ,对SGM大型冲压生产线的运转情况进行了评估 ,同时针对设备运行中出现的问题 ,提出了一些建议和措施 ,这些为视情维修体制的建立奠定了基础。并且 ,对参数间的相关性作了分析 ,为简化诊断手段。
The SGM large Press Line’s running condition was evaluated by physical and chemical analysis, spectroscopic analysis and ferrographic analysis of oil,some suggestions and measures were offered.And the correlation among parameters was analyzed,which lays a foundation for simplifying diagnosis means and synthesizing information as well as for the realization of predictive maintenance.
