LDZ 1是一种O/W (水包油 )型微乳润滑剂 ,具有极好的稳定性、润滑性和清洗性。实验表明 :A3钢在LDZ 1中存在吸氧腐蚀生锈。通过加入磺酸盐、三乙醇胺及A等不同的缓蚀剂和缓蚀剂间的协同效应 ,使得LDZ 1对A3钢的缓蚀率高达 98 8%。被LDZ -1有效覆盖的A3钢表面暴露于空气中能保持 1年以上不生锈 ,这对于LDZ

LDZ-1 is a micro emulsion lubricant (O/W) with excellent stability, lubricity and washed ability. The experiments show that an oxygen-consuming corrosion with A 3 steel in LDZ-1 medium will takeplace. The inhibitory efficiency is up to 98 8% from addition of sulfonate, triethanolamine and inhibitor A, and with the cooperative effects of the inhibitors. The A 3 steel covered with LDZ-1 and exposed in air will not rust over one year, and this is very important for the applications of LDZ-1.
