摘要
进入机油的碳烟微粒增多是现代低排放车用柴油发动机突出问题。探讨了碳烟微粒对发动机各摩擦副磨损的影响 ,分析了碳烟微粒的磨损机制 。
For modern low-emission vehicle diesel engine, with much more soot particles entering lubricating oil during engine working, soot particle induced wear has become a very serious problem.The impacts of soot particles in suspension on the wear of such engine part as cam and valve train were investigated, and soot induced wear mechanisms were analyzed. One method was approached that utilization of more amount of dispersant with higher efficiency can effectively prevent the soot induced engine wear.
