With the MPV-200 friction and wear testing machine,the friction and wear properties of nano-Al 2O 3 modified Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) plastic alloy were studied under different lubricating conditions. The effects of load, speed and time on friction and wear properties were tested. It provides a theoretic basic for practical application of nano-Al 2O 3 modified UHMWPE plastic.
