摘要
以包装容器为研究对象 ,通过其水分来源的分析 ,给出了水分含量的计算公式。通过贮存试验 ,得到容器内温度、相对湿度随时间变化的曲线 ,计算得到容器水蒸气渗漏率 ,并与氦检漏法和杯式法所得结果进行比较。结果表明 :贮存试验法用于测定容器水蒸气渗漏率是可行的 ,且较直观、真实 ,综合反映了容器水蒸气泄漏和渗透特性 ,从而为实际工作中容器密封性的测定提供一种可行、简便。
The source of the moisture was analyzed and the calculation formulas of the moisture content were presented by studying the packing vessel.Time-dependent curves of temperature and relative humidity in the vessel were given through storage test,the leakage rate of water vapor in the vessel was calculated and compared with the result derived from helium mass spectrometer leak detecting and cup method. The result shows that storage test method is feasible to measure the water vapor leakage rate in the vessel.This method also reflects the leakage and permeation property of water vapor in the vessel directly,truly and comprehensively,consequently it provides a feasible,simple and practical way to measure the sealing performance of vessel in actual work.
