摘要
中国、日本和俄国,是领土毗邻,在历史上又具有互相联系和制约的三个国家。这三国由于其政治、经济、文化传统以及所处的国际环境的不同,在对近代技术的引进方面,采取了不同的技术路线,取得了不同的后果。本文分析了自19世纪60年代到20世纪30年代之间,这三国技术的发展状况,对影响这三个国家技术引进的前提和背景,作了比较分析,探讨了中日俄三国在近代技术引进中的经验和教训。
As neighbours, China, Japan and Russia were historically contacted and conditioned with each other. Because of their difference in politics, economy, cultural tradition and international environment, they adopted different technical lines to import modern technology and consequently got different results.
This paper deals with the technical progress and development of these countries from 1860s to 1930s with a comparative analysis of the premises and backgrounds influencing their technical importation. The important experiences and lessons in the area of the modern technical importation of the three countries are also discussed in the paper.
