丁士章先生等根据对山西应县木塔问题的研究,提出中国古建筑"绝缘避雷"的观点。但从雷电场的实际情况和有关古建筑受雷击的史料及史实来看,"绝缘避雷"的观点是不能成立的。
What are the lightning measures for ancient Chinese buildings? Through an inspection of the Wooden Pagoda in Yingxian County, Mr. Ding Shizhang and his three colleagues put forward the hypothesis that insulation may avert lightning. With an analysis of the lightning-thunder field and a large amount of historical materials about ancient Chinese buildings, this paper deems that Mr. Dings's argument is untenable.
