环境友好型缓蚀阻垢剂的研制与性能评价 被引量:7

摘要 目前国内工业循环冷却水处理多用磷系配方,随着环保要求的不断提高,循环水的含磷处理药剂的应用越来越受到限制。根据缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理及相互间的协同作用,针对偏腐蚀性水质,通过阻垢、缓蚀试验和动态模拟试验研制出低磷环境友好型缓蚀阻垢剂HYS-506,其主要成分为钼酸盐、膦羧酸、羧酸酰胺及羧酸、磺酸盐共聚物。试验结果表明,相比高磷配方,HYS-506不但具有良好的缓蚀阻垢性能,而且经济成本相当。尤其是HYS-506在推荐用量下循环水中总磷达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)二级排放标准,环境效益显著。 At present the water treatment agent used in circulating cooling water is mostly a mixture which contains phosphorous compound. Along with the unceasing increased requirement of environmental protection, the phosphorus-containing treatment agents are more and more restricted. According to the mechanism and mutual coordinated action of the corrosion inhibitor, the low phosphonic and environment-friendly corrosion and scale inhibitor(HYS - 506) is chosen through the static tests, the corrosion tests and the dynamic simulated tests. Its main compositions are molybdate, phosphino-carboxylic acid, acylamino-carboxylic acid and copolymer of carboxylic acid and sulfosalt. The tests show that HYS - 506 not only has excellent efficiency in corrosion and scale inhibition as compared with the prescription consisting of high phosphorus-containing compound, but is also economical. And it is environment-friendly because TP in circulating cooling water which the recommended quantity of HYS - 506 is put in can meet the secondary demand of National Integrated Waste Water Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996). So it could get remarkable environmental benefits.
