摘要
用自行研制的氯化铝钙作混凝剂,配加一定量PAM,处理高炉煤气洗涤废水,取得较好效果。实验中,对药剂加入量、pH值及相关搅拌条件对絮凝反应过程的影响,进行了分析研究,得出了最佳实验参数。研究结果表明,由于氯化铝钙在混凝过程中,可提供一定量的Ca2+,有利于破坏胶体的稳定性,降低ζ电位,压缩双电层,对提高悬浮颗粒的凝聚能力以及改善处理后污泥脱水效果,有显著作用。同时,氯化铝钙为中性药剂,对设备无腐蚀性。
It proves that it is feasible and effective in treating the scrubbing water of blast furnace by using authorial self-made aluminum calcium chloride as inorganic coagulant combining with PAM feeding. The effects of the coagulant and flocculant dosages, pH, the mixing intensity and duration on the coagulation efficiency are considered and investigated in the process of jar test,and the optimum conditions are obtained. The study shows that the Ca2+ supplied by aluminum calcium chloride can decrease the Zeta potential, and is of great benifit to the improvement of the capture of dispersed floc and cell fragments. Furthermore, the wasted sludge is more concentrated and requires less treatment for eventual dewatering. The aluminum calcium chloride is noncorrosive to equipment.
