摘要
介绍了城市贫民的另类居住方案 ,并对其优点进行了阐述 ,分析了这种方案在上海实施的可能性 ,从居住权、住房管理。
A peculiar residence plan is introduced for the urban poor. In this paper its advantages are analyzed as well as its feasibility in Shanghai. In addition, from right of adobe, house management, sanitary facility and other aspects practical executive regulations are presented.
