分析了现代建筑中“小户型”存在的经济根源和社会根源 ,介绍了“小户型”的内涵和优势 ,从“小户型”符合我国社会的发展特点和城市可持续发展的要求两方面 ,提出“小户型”
The economic and social roots of the existence of small dwelling size housing are analyzed. The connotation and advantages of this kind of house are introduced as well as its existence meanings, which meet the development features of society and sustainable development requirements in city.
