摘要
针对目前工程投标中技术标书编制过程中出现的问题 ,从提高编标人员综合素质、加强投标书关键内容的审查等方面 ,提出了编制高质量投标书 。
According to the problems encountered in preparation process of technical bid documents from some aspects, such as enhancing personnel quality and strengthening auditing practical measures are proposed to compile high quality tender and ensure bidding quality.
