摘要
为了保证项目管理中的各项工作都在预算内进行 ,就费用控制的概念进行了介绍 ,阐述了挣值法控制费用的计算公式 ,并通过对其费用控制结果的分析 。
In order to ensure the budget management in project in this paper the conception of cost control is introduced as well as the calculation formula of the earned value measures for cost control. And based upon results analysis several experiences are summarized.
