摘要
本文首先分析近几十年来全民减灾意识淡化的原因,然后着重提出了增强全民减灾意识的对策建议。
In this paper the reasons of decline of public awareness on natural disaster reduction since severaldecades were analyzed,and then the countermeasures for raising such awareness were addressed em-phatically.
