细胞间粘附分子-1在子宫内膜异位症患者在位、异位内膜中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨细胞间粘附分子 1(ICAM 1)与子宫内膜异位症的关系。方法 收集子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜 2 1份、异位病灶组织 8份及非子宫内膜异位症患者中正常盆腔对照组Ⅰ的子宫内膜 10份 ,盆腔炎致盆腔粘连对照组Ⅱ的子宫内膜 10份。应用免疫组织化学方法测定在位内膜、异位病灶内膜ICAM 1表达。结果 子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜的ICAM 1表达明显低于对照组同期子宫内膜的ICAM 1表达 ,两对照组间无明显差异 ,异位灶组织ICAM 1表达明显高于其在位及对照组内膜。结论 子宫内膜异位症子宫内膜。 Objective To study the relationship between intracellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) and endometriosis.Methods The expression of ICAM 1 protein was detected by using immunochemical method in 21 specimens of endometrum and 8 specimens of endometriotic tissue from the patients with endometriosis and 10 specimens of endometrum from normal pelvic cavity/10 specimens from non endometriosis patients with pelvic adhesion during the same menstrual phase. The results were analysed by F test and t test. Results The expression levels of ICAM 1 protein in endometrium from patients with endometriosis were significantly reduced as compared with that in the controls. The expression levels of ICAM 1 in endometriotic tissue was significantly higher than those in endometrum and controls. Conclusion In patients with endometriosis, the ICAM-1 expression changed significantly from eutopic to ectopic endometrium, which may be related to the development of endometriosis.
