摘要
目的 探讨中国汉族人CYP2J2基因外显子 8等位基因是否存在基因多态性改变及其与原发性高血压的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)和限制性片段分析 ,随机对 15 0例汉族健康体检者及 15 0例汉族原发性高血压患者进行CYP2J2基因外显子 8位点进行多态性分析。结果 30 0例均为野生型 ,未发现杂合子或纯合子。结论 未发现中国汉族人CYP2J2基因外显子 8等位基因突变 ,中国汉族人高血压可能与CYP2J2基因外显子 8等位基因突变导致的氨基酸改变引起的AA代谢异常无关。
Objective To investigate the changes in Exon 8 polymorphism of CYP2J2 gene and their relation with essential hypertension (EH) in Chinese Han population. Methods Exon 8 polymorphism of CYP2J2 gene was analyzed in 150 EH patients and 150 normotension (NT) people by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction enzyme method. Results 150 EH patients and 150 NT people were all wild type, no heterogenotes and homogenotes. Conclusion No Exon 8 polymorphism of CYP2J2 gene in Chinese Han population was discovered. It may be concluded that EH is irrelevant to changes of amino acid that result from mutation of Exon 8 in CYP2J2 gene.
