Method of Monitoring Abnormal Valve Clearance for Diesel Engines

针对柴油机配气机构工作特点对其进行动力学分析,研究了气阀间隙异常的故障特征,对实测缸盖振动信号给出了一种特征参数的提取方法,并用模糊聚类法进行诊断识别。

Analyzes the diesel engine's dynamic model and the fault character of abnormal valve clearance according to the valve train work character. To the vibration signals measured on the cyclinder head, this paper proposes one way of extracting character parameters, and diagnoses them using the law of fuzzy clustering.
