摘要
根据电液伺服系统的结构不变性原理,针对非线性电液位置伺服系统的跟踪控制问题,提出并寻找一个可观测量与设计一个补偿器,消除负载及外干扰的影响,使系统始终保持在最佳设计状态。可以证明本系统的这种观测量是伺服阀的负载压力,而所谓补偿器是一个一阶微分环节,因而容易实现。
According to structure invariance principle of electro hydraulic servo system ,aiming at tracking control problems of nonlinear electro hydraulic positioning servo system ,the paper puts forward and hunts for an intermediate variate ,designs a compensator so as to eliminate the influence of load and outer interference on the system and make it optimum design state.It also testifies the intermediate variate in the system is servo valve loading pressure ;compensator is a first derivative element.
