4+1疗法治疗感音神经性聋139例疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effects of "4 + 1" therapy on sensorineural hearing loss-A report of 139 cases

目的 观察4+1疗法对感音神经性聋的临床疗效。方法 治疗组139例(245耳)感音神经性聋患 者,予针、吸、注、药即“四联疗法”,再加穴位注射,即4+1疗法。对照组49例(89耳)只予针、注、药三种治疗方法。 结果 治疗组总有效率90.2％,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 4+1疗法治疗感音神经性聋疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of '4+1' therapy on sensorineu-ral hearing loss(SNHL). Methods 139 patients (245 ears) with SNHL were included in the treating group (TG) treated by the so called tetracombining therapy, i.e. '4+1' therapy. It was composed of acupuncture, inhaling mixed gas with 95% O2 and 5% CO2, injection with drugs and medicinal herbs for orally taking, based on the principles of syndrome differentiation. Moreover, another 49 cases (89ears) with this lesion were taken as a controlling group (CG) treated only by acupuncture, injection with drugs and medicinal herbs for orally taking as above. Results The total effective rate was 90. 2% in TG, significantly higher than that in CG (P < 0.01) Conclusion The '4 + 1' therapy is very effective for the treatment of SNHL.
