脑瘫患儿的脑干听觉诱发电位测试与早期干预

The detecting of brainstem auditory evoked potential in children with cerebral palsy and early intervention

目的 探讨脑瘫患儿脑干听通道功能受损及听力障碍情况。方法 采用日本产的MEB 710 2型诱发电位仪对 32例脑瘫患儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位的检测。结果 检出异常的 2 2例 ,异常率为 6 8 7%。主要表现在Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ各波峰潜伏期延长、Ⅰ～Ⅴ峰间期延长、Ⅲ～Ⅴ /Ⅰ～Ⅲ >1和反应阈升高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,表明脑瘫患儿可以合并有外周和中枢性听力障碍 ,并可有脑干功能的损害。结论 脑干听觉诱发电位可以早期了解脑瘫患儿的整个听通道功能情况 ,及时发现听力障碍 ,及早干预 。

Objective To observe the brainstem function and the disorders in hearing in the children with cerebral palsy.Methods ABR was determined in 32 cases.Results 22 cases had abnormality.The abnormality rate was 68.7%,mainly showing the prolongation of the peak latency of wave Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ,as well as the interpeak latency of wave Ⅰ～Ⅴ.The ratio of Ⅲ～Ⅴ/Ⅰ～Ⅲ was more than 1,and increased reactive threshold was noted.A significant difference was noted as compared with the normal subjects(P<0.01).The indicating was perepheved and certral nervous hearing disorder in the children with cerebral palsy,and functional complications with the brainstem.Conclusion Detection of ABR might be of important value in the judgment of the disorders in hearing and brainstem function,and improving the development in brain function,hearing and language.
