摘要
根据可拓工程理论和可拓信息的处理方法,在分析现有解决矛盾问题的方法与可拓实现途径的特点的基础上,提出了一种可拓信息数据处理的新的思考———基于信息共享机制的信息场与可拓链模型.并将该模型应用于产品信息链的可拓营销传播与优化过程,构建了以客户满意为指导、以终端客户需求信息为起点、以渠道成员关系为关注焦点的"需求"拉动模式,实现了系统整合效果最大化.
Based on the processing method of extension engineering theory and extension information, this paper firstly analyzes the existing methods of resolving conrtadications and the characteristic of achieving extedsion. Then the paper presents a new thinking pattern of processing extension information data, which form information field and extension china mould. Finally, the author applies this mould to the extension market communication of product information china, constructs a demand-stimulating mould, which is guiede by customer satisfaction, starting form the demand information of terminal customer, paying close attention to the member relationship in the chain, and bring the integrated of system into full paly.
