改性聚苯醚层压式高频覆铜板的研制

摘要 为了实现高频信号传输高速化,进行了低介电常数层压式高频覆铜板基材的研制.通过选择低介电常数的树脂材料和低ε的纤维作为增强材料,优化了基材的配方和成型工艺,解决了高性能低介电高频高速层压式覆铜板制备的技术关键,采用这一工艺研制的改性聚苯醚层压式高频覆铜板介电性能较理想. In order to speed up high—frequency signal transmission, developing a high—frequency copper foil laminate with lower dielectric constant has to start with two aspects. They are developing a resin material with lower dielectric constant selecting and improving a reinforcing textile material with lower ε.These are technical keys to developing high—frequcncy copper foil laminate products. Dielectric properties of the high—frequency copper foil laminate modified by poly-p-phenylene oxide are much improved.
