摘要 作为无损检测领域中的一种新兴技术,磁记忆检测在压力容器、冶金、石油和化工等领域应用越来越广泛。介绍一种新研制的掌上型、低功耗、用于在线检测的多通道磁记忆检测仪,包括该仪器的工作原理和特性,以及以单片机为核心的多通道数据采集、波形动态显示和检测结果判断等内容,并通过试验测试仪器的性能,验证其可靠性。 As a new method of nondestructive testing(NDT), magnetic memory testing (MMT) was suitable for the pre-diagnosis in pressure vessel, metallurgical, petroleum and chemical industries. A portable and low power MMT instrument was developed for on-line inspection. The characteristics of the testing instrument, data collection based on MCU (micro control unit), dynamic wave display and result analysis were introduced. Stress concentration was measured experimentally with the instrument and was compared with small hole method to show the reliability of the instrument.
