福州市社区女性尿失禁发病现状的分析

Investigation of urinary incontinence in community dwelling women of Fuzhou city

目的 调查福州市社区女性尿失禁的患病情况。方法 按照整群随机抽样的方法 ,随机抽取生活在福州市鼓楼区的女性 ,进行问卷调查。结果 发出问卷 5 871份 ,回收 5 392份 ,回收率91 8%。调查结果显示 ,尿失禁的患病率为 18 5 % ,6 5岁以上老年女性的患病率高达 5 1 1% ,其中压力性、急迫性和混合性尿失禁的患病率分别为 9 1%、2 4 %、7 0 % ,构成比为 4 9%、13%、38%。各类尿失禁中以轻度尿失禁为主。在被调查者中 ,32 4 %不知道去何处就诊 ,4 5 5 %去泌尿科就诊 ,2 2 1%去妇产科就诊。结论 尿失禁是妇女常见疾患 ,老年女性患病率高 ,就诊率低。

Objective The aim was to assess the prevalence of urinary incontinence in Gulou community dwelling women in Fuzhou China Methods One of the communities was selected at random and questionnaires were sent to women living there After completed the questionnaires were collected and statistics software SPSS 10 0 was used for analysis Results We sent 5871 questionnaires and collected 5392 ones The response rate was 91 8% The prevalence of urinary incontinence was 18 5%, while it was 51 1% in women who were 65 years or older,and the prevalence of stress urinary incontinence (SUI),urge urinary incontinence (UUI) and mix urinary incontinence (MUI) was 9 1%,2 4%,and 7 0% respectively Their structural proportion was 49%∶13%∶38% In terms of the incidence of the disease, mild urinary incontinence was prominent Among the surveyed women, 32 4% did not know where to consult a doctor for help, 45 5%went to urologists, and 22 1% went to gynecologists for help Conclusion Urinary incontinence is highly prevalent, especially among aged women However, they seldom consult a doctor about their urinary leakage
