室间隔缺损封堵术后左心功能的超声评价

Evaluation on the left ventricular funcion in transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defects with echocardiography

目的应用超声心动图评价Amplatzer封堵器治疗室间隔缺损(VSD)患者于封堵术前后左心功能的变化。方法观察28例VSD患者封堵术前、术后1个月和术后6个月左室舒张末期内径(EDD)、舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积()ESV、每搏输出量()SV、射血分数()和短轴缩短率()大小及变化。结果封堵术后1个月较术前差异具有显著性意义,EDDEFFS(P<0.05),EDV(P<0.001)ESV(P<0.05)SV(P<0.001)EF,FS无明显变化;封堵术后6个月,6项指标均恢复正常,较,,,术前差异具有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论超声引导下VSD封堵术能够有效的改善VSD患者的左心功能。

Objective To compare the change of left ventricular function before and after closure of ventricular septal defects(VSD) in transcatheter.Methods The inner diameter of left ventricular end-diastole(EDD),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV),end-systolic volume(ESV),stroke volume(SV),ejection fraction(EF)and fraction shortening (FS) in 28 patients with VSD were measured before,after 1 month and 6 months transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defects(TCVSD) by color echocardiography.Results TCVSD after 1 month compared with before,the figures of EDD (P< 0.05),EDV(P< 0.001),ESV(P< 0.05),SV(P< 0.001)were significant difference,but there no significant difference in EF and FS.After 6 months,all figures decreased to normal(P< 0.001).Conclusion TCVSD is an effective treatment in patients with VSD and can improve left ventricular function.
