Absorbing and metabolism of foreign DNA in vivo

摘要 综述了外源DNA在动物体内组织和细胞的代谢命运。外源DNA经核酸酶不完全降解后可以通过胃肠道被哺乳动物吸收,外源DNA片段能够被哺乳动物细胞吸收并整合到宿主细胞基因组中。 The article summarizes the metabolic fate of foreign DNA in organs and cell in mammal. Foreign DNA can be absorbed via gastrointestinal after uncompletely degradation by endonulease. The fragment of foreign DNA is also absorbed into mammal cell and integrated into host cell genome.
