螺旋CT三维重建诊断上颌埋伏牙的临床价值 被引量:19

摘要 目的 :探讨螺旋CT三维 (3D)重建技术对上颌埋伏牙诊断中的临床应用价值。材料和方法 :41例牙齿正畸的患者行螺旋CT轴位扫描 ,其中上颌埋伏牙 2 0例 ,男 13例 ,女 7例。年龄 8~ 18岁 ,平均 12 .5岁。对CT扫描采集的信息利用 3D软件行最大密度 (MIP)和多层面重建 (MPR)二种方式的图象重建。结果 :螺旋CT三维重建能清楚显示牙齿形态。其中 2 0例共有 2 7颗上颌埋伏牙 ,可显示其异常结构 ,埋伏牙与牙列的关系 ,位于牙列唇侧或腭侧。结论 :螺旋CT三维重建是一种能展示牙齿立体形态影像的新技术。轴位图像、MPR和MIP联合应用能立体、直观、多方位提供临床医师所需信息 ,有利于治疗方案的选择。 Purpose: To evaluate the technique and clinical application of helical CT 3D reconstruction for the buried teeth in maxilla. Materials and Methods: Helical CT was performed in 20 patients with buried teeth in maxilla,including 13 males and 7 females,aging from 8~18(mean 12.5) years. 3D reconstruction,including (maximum intensity projection) MIP and (multiplanar reconstructions) MPR was made. Results: Helical CT could present the dental image including crown,root,neck and root bifurcation,and 3D imaging could clearly display the maxilla anatomy and the dental structure. In 20 cases revealed that 27 buried teeth,the abnormal configuration,labial or palatal location,and relation with dentithon in anterior maxilla were shown. Conclusion:Helical CT 3D reconstruction is a new technique to display three-dimensional configuration of teeth. A combination of axial images,MPR and MIP can provide valuable diagnostic and anatomic information about clinical management.
